Refund and Cancellation

Try us with low risk before week 1. Once the program is underway, your spot is held — refunds are limited because we've already committed coaches and capacity to your child.

Good-faith exception

In documented hardship cases — medical emergency, family relocation, a death in the family — the founder may grant a refund outside this policy at his sole discretion. If something serious has happened, email us; the founder reads every refund request himself.

How to request a refund

Email refund@widereceiver81.com with your player's name and a brief reason. The founder confirms within 48 hours. Refunds process via Stripe and arrive in 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
